As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive business growth by developing strategic customer relationships and expanding market presence across the DACH and Eastern European regions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to negotiation and closing, while helping organizations strengthen their cybersecurity capabilities. Working closely with decision-makers at executive and technical levels, you will position innovative security solutions that address complex business challenges. This role offers significant autonomy, high visibility, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact within a fast-growing technology environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while leveraging market insights to accelerate revenue growth and build long-term customer partnerships.

Accountabilities
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned regional markets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and expand customer relationships.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, senior security teams, and executive decision-makers across various industries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, technical presentations, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders within target organizations to create effective account coverage strategies.
