A key contributor to a growing events team, helping shape how Make shows up in the world — from major industry tradeshows to executive gatherings and our flagship conference.
About the role
As part of Make's Events team, you'll play a central role in bringing our events program to life. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing and Sales to plan and execute a range of high-impact events — with tradeshows at the core, and community events, executive experiences, and our flagship conference also in the mix.
We're looking for someone who brings genuine hands-on experience to the table:
someone who has worked across the full lifecycle of an event, knows how to keep all the moving pieces organised, and takes real pride in the details. You're comfortable going from strategy conversations in the planning phase to being onsite making sure everything runs smoothly — and you genuinely enjoy both.
Process and structure matter a lot in this role. We want someone who tracks everything, documents what works, and helps the team get better with every event. Equally important is creativity — the ability to contribute ideas that make our events memorable and true to the Make brand.
What you’ll be doing
- Contribute to the strategy and execution of Make's events program, including industry conferences, hosted events, and partner activations in key markets — covering venue selection, audience targeting, partner coordination, and promotion.
