As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI agents, you will help build the next generation of intelligent developer tools designed to simplify complex technical workflows and deliver actionable insights. You will create the foundational infrastructure behind AI-powered assistants, including orchestration systems, tool execution frameworks, context management, evaluation pipelines, and reliability layers. Working in a remote-first engineering environment, you will have the opportunity to shape an emerging AI product from an early stage while solving challenging backend and machine learning problems. This role is idóneo for an engineer who enjoys ambiguity, takes ownership, and wants to build systems that can scale to support thousands of users and complex real-world interactions.

Accountabilities
- Design and build the core infrastructure powering AI agent capabilities, including orchestration,



tool execution, context management, evaluation systems, and trust frameworks.
- Develop reliable, secure, and observable backend systems that enable AI assistants to interact with data, applications, and developer workflows.
- Create and improve agent-based features that help users analyze information, understand performance, troubleshoot issues, and make better decisions.
- Build systems around large language models, including tool usage, structured outputs, context handling, evaluation processes, and agent workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define architecture, identify technical challenges, and establish scalable solutions for an evolving AI platform.
- Improve system reliability, performance, and usability by identifying gaps, investigating issues, and implementing meaningful improvements.
