- 250k all-in + equity participation with vesting and an exit-linked upsideOn behalf of an international private equity investor, we are looking for a hands-on Operating Partner to take full operational ownership of an established distribution business in Spain.
For the right person, this can be structured as a sole CEO mandate.The businessA profitable, cash-generative B2B distributor of construction-related technical products.
Revenue in the higher double-digit millions, around 150+ employees, and a nationwide network of branches across Spain.
