You will join Euro Driver Car as Business Development Manager, playing a key role in developing and driving the Retail strategy across your assigned territory, with the objective of achieving the results set out in the Annual Management Plan.
Support the implementation of local marketing activities aimed at Network members.
Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with the standards defined by the Group.
Support the development of service processes that contribute to the economic sustainability of the Network's centers.




Identify potential new members for the Network.
Strong commercial and communication skills, with a proactive attitude, negotiation abilities, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of digital tools.
Fluent in Spanish, good level of English; Italian is a plus.
Availability to travel and stay overnight away from home when required.
Experience in retail network development or automotive aftermarket environments.
Ability to build strong relationships with Network members and partners.
A results‑driven mindset with strong business orientation.
Interest in mobility, service networks, and customer‑focused business models.
