You will join our Global Operations team, setting the gold standard for how Micro‑Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) operate worldwide. Taking full E2E ownership of new store openings, you will turn complex processes into flawless, efficient launches that directly impact our global growth.
Full ownership of new store launches and relocations.
Develop end to end analysis to identify opportunities to increase MFC performance.
Define general expansion guidelines and implement strategic projects in different markets.
Monitor and coordinate expansion plans and projects to ensure that the results are of the highest standards and within the capex budget.
Bachelor in Engineering, Business, or any operational domain.
~Excel proficiency.
~ Fluency in English.
~ A data‑driven mentality:
taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
~ You're highly agile and thrive in ambiguous environments.
~ Fluency in English is a must.
~ SQL or Python basic knowledge
