This is a key role where you will oversee day‑to‑day security operations at a critical infrastructure site, leading on‑site teams in a 24/7 environment and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance.

Lead and supervise on‑site security personnel
Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive improvements
Ensure compliance with security procedures, standards, and policies
Oversee security systems (CCTV, access control, incident management tools)
6+ years of experience in the security industry and managing teams in operational environments
~ Strong understanding of security operations and procedures
~ Hands‑on experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.)
~ Proficiency in English and Spanish
