In this role you will redesign, test, and implement payment structures for riders worldwide to boost engagement and optimize logistics costs. You’ll blend data analysis with modeling to ensure a scalable, fair incentive system that improves key operations metrics. You will own the experimentation process (A/B testing, switchbacks) and continuously monitor performance to drive data-driven adjustments. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand rider needs across regions and translate insights into impact. This is a high-growth, data-driven role at a general logistics team.

• Explore optimal logistics payment structure to maximize rider engagement
• Redesign courier payment framework to improve operational KPIs using models that account for vehicle, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

• Monitor performance of strategies and adjust based on data
• Understand local/regional rider needs and perspectives
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
• 2+ years in a data analytics role with measurable business impact
• Advanced SQL for complex querying
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and orchestration
• Experience with data visualization (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Nice xqbhyrx to have experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
• Comfortable in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
• Clear communication of analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English
