As Engineer, Technical Support, you will guide the Technical Team to deliver expert in-house support and premium service to customers across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Tech Support to align technical and installation services with company goals. You’ll lead technical and field services, drive revenue and margin improvements, and provide input to upper management. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic analysis to optimize inverter and storage solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that values initiative, collaboration, and impact.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee Technical Support, Field u0026 Installation Services and pre-sales technical support for customers and the sales team
• Coordinate Field u0026 Installation services and ensure quality delivery
• Provide consolidated input to upper management with insights and recommendations
• Conduct site visits, customer trainings,



and identify new opportunities while monitoring revenue and margin contributions
• Develop complex financial analyses for inverters and storage solutions (payback, operations, utility rates, interconnection) using PV Syst / PVsol
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets by driving deals with the Sales Manager
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or comparable; master's degree a plus
• Minimum 5 years in PV/Renewable Energy; utility projects experience a plus
• Experience xqbhyrx in sales engineering, technical sales, or product management in energy storage and/or inverter sector
• Minimum 2 years in a people leadership role; startup-building experience a plus
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel
• Ability to work under high pressure and take on challenging tasks
