In this role you own a portfolio of Glovo Spain’s largest accounts, managing relationships, commercial strategy, and day-to-day delivery. You’ll lead senior-level conversations, drive growth opportunities, and coordinate across Finance, Operations, Ads, and Marketing to ensure plans are executed. The role blends commercial judgment with attention to detail in a high-stakes environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact for top brand partners.

• Own the relationship with portfolio accounts and proactively manage partners' priorities
• Lead end-to-end business reviews (MBR/QBR) with data-backed narratives and concrete action plans
• Monitor performance across key metrics and provide recommendations to optimize outcomes
• Execute the commercial agenda including promotional activations, advertising commitments, and marketing initiatives




• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver on partner commitments and resolve issues (billing, operations, campaign execution)
• Build structured commercial proposals (account plans, opportunity analysis, investment cases)
Responsabilidades
• Commercial acumen with a track record of driving outcomes in high-value relationships
• Strong communication skills with clear, structured written and spoken delivery

• Comfortable with data: navigate dashboards/spreadsheets and build persuasive arguments
• +4 years in senior account management or commercial client-facing roles
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
