In this role you enable data-driven clinical operations by applying GenAI, ML, and NLP to optimize enrollment forecasting, cost, and site/country selection. You will adapt advanced ML and GenAI methods to build pipelines supporting global trials and real-world data insights. You’ll communicate complex results to diverse partners to drive decisions and impact patient outcomes. This role sits within Ju0026amp;J Innovative Medicine, contributing to scalable, data-informed clinical operations.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Conceptualize, develop, and deploy GenAI and ML solutions for clinical trial operations
• Fine-tune and adapt large language models for protocols, trial similarity, data harmonization, and eligibility criteria evaluation




• Leverage operational data and optimization techniques to build scenarios for cost and enrollment optimization and real-world data insights
• Contribute to patient modeling and enrollment simulations to forecast trial completion
• Communicate technical methods and results clearly to diverse audiences to support decision-making
Responsabilidades
• Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline
• 2+ years of industry experience xqbhyrx delivering data science projects with predictive technologies, forecasting, optimization, NLP, AI, or ML
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and clinical/medical LLMs and fine-tuning
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Passion for leveraging data to drive scientific innovation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
