We are looking for a Concur Project & Administrator Specialist to support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Concur Travel & Expense platform across multiple countries.
This role will act as a primary point of contact for Concur-related activities , supporting local teams during rollouts, delivering user training, coordinating system enhancements, and ensuring efficient and compliant expense management processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, IT, HR, and local stakeholders to drive adoption, standardisation, and ongoing optimisation of the Concur solution.
Key Responsibilities Concur Implementation & Project Support
Coordinate project activities, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
Collaborate with local stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Training & User Support
Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and user guides.
Create standard training materials and maintain knowledge documentation.




Maintain configuration settings aligned with company policies.
Coordinate with external vendors and technical support teams when required.
Ensure data integrity and proper system governance.
Reporting, Controls & Auditing
Analyse expense trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support internal and external audits related to travel and expense processes.
Monitor compliance with corporate travel and expense policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Optimise approval workflows and expense management processes.
Support automation initiatives and integration opportunities with ERP and finance systems.
Leverage reporting and data analytics to support decision‑making.
Experience with SAP Concur Travel & Expense administration or implementation.
Experience in Finance, Shared Services (SSC), or General Business Services (GBS) environments.
