In this senior role you own a key portion of the European forecast and planning cadence, guiding methodology and defending the plan to leadership. You’ll drive end-to-end forecasting improvements, automate manual steps, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with cross-functional teams to align upstream and downstream processes. The role blends hands-on modeling with strategic stakeholder engagement to improve speed, cost, and accuracy across Europe.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the forecast scope end-to-end for a group of countries or core parameters and ensure accuracy
• Manage a critical part of the weekly planning cadence and balance demand signals with priorities
• Present and defend the plan to senior leadership, articulating assumptions and trade-offs




• Lead root-cause deep-dives on forecast misses and drive corrective actions
• Mentor junior analysts and develop the team
• Lead automation projects to reduce manual work and speed up the planning cycle
• Drive end-to-end alignment with operations, transportation and upstream planning teams
• Lead process-improvement and standardisation initiatives to improve forecast accuracy
• Build and scale forecasting tools and models and drive adoption across the team xqbhyrx
• Hands-on work with data and code (Python, SQL, AWS) to build models and automation
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or related field
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) and scripting languages (R and Python)
