In this role you drive large-scale automation deployments for Amazon’s SEU fulfilment network, overseeing complex robotics and material-handling projects across multiple sites. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver state-of-the-art automation on time and to quality standards. The position combines hands-on deployment with process improvement in a fast-paced, ownership-focused culture. You will travel extensively across the EU/UK to implement scalable solutions.

• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes
• Collaborate with product, safety, deployment, quality and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Travel 60-70% within country and EU as needed
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent STEM field
• Proficient xqbhyrx English communication (written and spoken)
• Experience managing competing priorities across stakeholders
• Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution
• Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and/or robotics
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience authoring detailed, user-focused Work Instructions or SOPs for field execution
