In this role you will generate new business and grow opportunities within a multicultural European team. You’ll pursue new logo and strategic accounts, nurture pipeline for digital transformation solutions, and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales operations. The position offers a hybrid Barcelona setup in a global, growth-focused environment. You will impact revenue by turning marketing-qualified leads into meetings and opportunities, while building strong customer relationships. This role combines outbound prospecting with cross-functional teamwork to drive bookings and pipeline.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Prospect for new customers and sell PTC solutions to new and strategic accounts
• Cross-sell and upsell within existing strategic accounts
• Grow pipeline and revenue across Digital Transformation solutions
• Qualify and route opportunities to appropriate sales executives




• Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and set meetings
• Record activities (calls, emails, demos) in SFDC
• Answer sales inquiries and support campaign execution in the territory
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations
Responsabilidades
• 6 to 12 months of inside sales or customer-facing experience
• Fluency in English and one of Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish
• Interest in new technologies and software market
