What You'll Do Project Leadership & Lifecycle Management Own end-to-end IT project delivery: from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and post-deployment support Manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams Apply ITIL methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle Digital Transformation & ERP Lead ERP implementation and migration projects (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy Coordinate system integrations and software development deliverables Planning, Budget & Reporting Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation,



and budgets Monitor KPIs and produce regular status reports for stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively Vendor & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with vendors, external partners, and internal departments Act as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams Tools & Platforms Jira | GLPI | MS Project | Azure Dev Ops | SAP | Microsoft Dynamics What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in IT project management across diverse industries Strong background in software development, infrastructure, and ERP projects Proficiency in xqbhyrx ITIL methodologies and project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2 a plus) Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models English — spoken and written (working language) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships across departments Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments Why Join Us?
