As Production Planning Team Leader in our Planning u0026amp; Logistics HUB in Barcelona, you guide a team of Production Planners to secure product availability, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. You connect hub operations with internal and external stakeholders while driving data-driven improvements. You’ll lead KPI definition, RCA processes, and support the SP Transformation roadmap with new digital planning solutions. This role blends leadership, planning excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen service to customers and working capital management.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead and develop the Production Planners team to ensure product availability in the right location, on-time and in correct quantity
• Facilitate collaboration between Hub SP teams and internal/external stakeholders
• Conduct regular team and individual performance reviews and development plans




• Identify gaps and potential barriers, propose data-driven solutions and assist resolution
• Define, implement and monitor KPIs and RCA processes
• Update stakeholders on planning activities and progress as needed
• Contribute to SP Transformation roadmap and adoption of new digital planning systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with Team Leaders network and PLEx
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a related field xqbhyrx
• 4+ years in production planning, materials management, forecasting or inventory management
• People management experience or proven capability to manage others
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP/planning tools
• Proficient in English (other languages valuable)
