In this role you will own end-to-end revenue accounting and lead ASC 606 analysis in a fast-growing, global tech environment. You will partner with Product, Sales, Data, FPu0026amp;A, Legal, and Operations to strengthen controls, automate processes, and support public-company level rigor. You’ll manage complex journal entries, close deliverables, and revenue disclosures, shaping scalable revenue architecture for growth. You will apply AI tools to accelerate workflows and contribute to SEC readiness and policy development. This is a high-impact role with meaningful cross-functional impact.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end revenue accounting processes including recognition, deferred revenue, incentives, refunds, credits, and breakage with robust controls and documentation
• Lead ASC 606 technical accounting analyses (principal vs. agent, variable consideration, marketplace complexities) for new products, pricing, partnerships, and two-sided B2B/B2C structure
• Develop fluency in marketplace economics (B2B/B2C revenue mix, tutor payouts, unit economics) and advise VP-level stakeholders on revenue implications
• Prepare and own complex monthly revenue journal entries, reconciliations,



flux analyses, and close deliverables with emphasis on quality
• Ensure data integrity and scalable flows between billing systems, product databases, and NetSuite; drive automation opportunities
• Design and strengthen internal controls over revenue, support SOX readiness, and be the primary contact for revenue-related audits
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess accounting implications of new features and commercial initiatives before launch
• Drive SEC disclosure readiness for revenue; own revenue footnotes and MDu0026A narratives, build policy library for filings
• Apply AI tools to accelerate revenue workflows, xqbhyrx lead PoC initiatives, and set accuracy standards for AI-assisted outputs
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with Big Four or equivalent public accounting and/or revenue accounting in SaaS/ marketplace/ tech
• Deep US GAAP knowledge with strong ASC 606 expertise
• Experience in technical accounting research and memo drafting
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and complex data environments
• Ability to query/analyze large datasets using SQL, Looker, or other BI tools to support revenue accounting and reconciliations
