Provide 24x7 operational support for IPsec Gateways in the Telco Cloud environment.
Work closely with customer network, telco cloud, security and operations teams for incidents, escalations and service improvements.
Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, RCA inputs, configuration records and change evidence to meet customer governance and security standards.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Telco Cloud operations, IPsec VPN Gateway support, Network Security, Routing & Switching, and Incident & Change Management within large-scale telecom environments.
English: Hybrid
Adaptable 8-hour shifts with participation in a 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
