The Advance Quality Engineer will play a key role in quality planning, ensuring that all stages of new program development follow the required quality standards. This role serves as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring alignment between customer (OEM) expectations and plant deliverables. The position involves direct communication with customers such as Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, and BMW among others to define quality criteria and follow up during development and launch, ensuring products meet customer expectations through effective risk management. Execute disciplined Advanced Quality Planning and validation of our products and processes throughout the PPAP program procedure.
Lead the systematic completion of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tasks and staged Initial Process Signoffs (iPSO) to ensure robust product and process development and validation.




Collaborate actively with the Cross‑Functional Team, providing inputs, identifying risks on quality‑related issues, and driving the resolution of quality concerns.
Lead problem‑solving and escalation activities throughout the development phases, guiding the team through the application of core quality tools (8D, SPC, Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering among others.
Previous experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Program Development, SQE, STA role, production required, would be valued.
Business English and Spanish is a must.
German language would push you ahead.
