Position overview:
The primary purpose of this role is to Control and minimise process, line and HFI spoilage in collaboration with PHC (personal and home care) production plants. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, formulate action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives and support plant Managers on goals of efficiency as well cost reduction.

This position can be based out of any EMEA PHC plant. Candidates from the EU will be given salary information prior to the interview.

Your key responsibilities include:

Lead,



coach and control the reduction of spoilage in all areas in the production & work on HFI reduction projects.
Develop, implement, and periodically monitor KPIs related to spoilage targets and activities.
Collaborate with Plants to identify opportunities and improvements in manufacturing processes to reduce spoilage.
Map the needs of each unit and request financial resources via Capex for new products and Opex management.
Work collaboratively with the Integral Process / Quality and Manufacturing team to implement and improve best practices defined as standard globally.
Implement equipment changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and spoilage reduction.
Support the creation of CAPEX projects by defining budgets and necessary planning to optimize results.
Monitor closely the evolution of results and trends, anticipating actions through analysis of indicators and strategic meetings with plants.
