We are seeking an Independent Board Director with deep experience in
performance-based advertising technology, particularly DSP platforms driven by
machine learning and optimization algorithms.

This individual should bring operator-level experience from leading
performance advertising platforms and be able to contribute meaningfully to
discussions around:

* DSP product strategy;
* machine learning driven ad optimization;
* advertiser acquisition and growth;
* competitive positioning in performance advertising;

This is a non-executive board position, not an operating role.
