As the Manager, HR Transformation Project Management, you will be a highly
motivated and strategically-minded professional responsible for leading complex
HR transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the HR PMO, this role is
critical in driving the planning, execution, and comprehensive oversight of
strategic HR initiatives, programs, and projects across our Centers of
Excellence (COEs), including Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Management,
and Talent Acquisition.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our ongoing organizational
transformation, ensuring projects are not only delivered on time, within scope,
and budget, but also consistently align with overarching strategic goals and
deliver measurable business value. This position requires a leader who can
navigate ambiguity, influence at all levels, and champion best practices in
project and program management.





Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project & Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of 7 to
10 large-scale, complex HR transformation projects and programs, from strategic
planning and initiation through execution, monitoring, and successful closure,
ensuring alignment with Bunge's strategic objectives. Projects will be integral or
regional, spanning across ~30 countries.

• Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate and manage activities
across multiple HR COEs, IT, Finance, Legal, and other critical internal and
external stakeholders. Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with
senior leaders and executive sponsors to ensure alignment, secure resources, and
drive decision-making.

• Risk & Issue Management: Develop and implement advanced strategies for
proactive identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting of project and
program risks, issues, and dependencie
