Your role and key responsibilities

This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together
teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation &
Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every
business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and
thrive. In this team, you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating
batteries — but shaping the future of work.

In your day-to-day, you will:

* Conduct research and analysis on labor-related topics, providing legal
opinions and recommendations based on applicable laws and jurisprudence.




* Provide legal guidance on interpreting and enforcing terms within labor
contracts.

* Actively participate in negotiations with unions and workers'
representatives, collaborating with the labor relations team to integrate
legal considerations.

* Assist in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, offering guidance and
support.

* Provide legal assistance in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other
employment-related matters.

* Prepare reports and documentation on labor-related topics to aid in
decision-making.

What you bring to the team
* Vocational Training or a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law or a
related field, preferably with a focus or specialization in Human Resources.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Labor Relations, Law and
Human Resources, ideally in a strategic or business‑partnering capacity.
* Proven knowledge of Spanish Law and Labor Relations
