We’re strengthening our presence across Spain to lead growth and performance in
the local market.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role where you'll be fully responsible
for market development, performance, and compliance.

What you’ll do:

* Own the P&L; for Spain and define a clear roadmap for sustainable growth.
* Analyze market trends, competitors, and player behavior to shape the local strategy.
* Drive local performance across acquisition, retention, and product positioning in close cooperation with CRM, Content, Product, Affiliation, and Compliance teams.
* Localize integral campaigns and ensure they are relevant for the local audience
and aligned with business goals.
* Develop and execute local promotional, bonus, and retention strategies for both casino and sports.
* Monitor key KPIs, budgets,



and forecasts; prepare regular performance reports and turn insights into action.
* Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage relationships with local authorities and key market stakeholders.
* Lead local projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure smooth execution and strong brand visibility across channels

What we’re looking for:

* 6+ years in iGaming (casino or sports betting).
* At least 2 years as a Country Manager for the Spanish Market withing iGaming
* Deep understanding of Spanish customer behavior, cultural specifics, and
regulatory framework.
* Strong understanding of acquisition channels, CRM, promotional strategy, and
product-market fit in Spain.
* Native Spanish and fluent English.
