As Sales Operations Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting the sales process by ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of orders and customer inquiries. This position involves daily order booking, margin control, and the preparation of offers based on predefined criteria . The specialist monitors backlog reports, delivery blocks, and ETA requests, while also managing complaints in collaboration with European internal sales and after-sales teams .

Close cooperation with the European internal sales department and team leaders
1+ year of experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar administrative support role.
~ Solid understanding of order processing workflows , including booking, margin control, and backlog monitoring.
~ Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and ticketing tools for handling internal and external inquiries.
~ Basic knowledge of sales support processes , including quote preparation and complaint handling.
~ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
~ Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools , especially Excel and Outlook.
~ Willingness to learn and grow within a structured sales operations framework.
