provide tailored recommendations to help them achieve their business goals.

* Manage subscription updates, commercial discussions, and customer
satisfaction to support long-term retention.

* Track customer interactions, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM
tools, ensuring accurate pipeline management and reporting.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer
experience and contribute to business success.

Your qualifications

* 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS
Sales.

* Native or bilingual French and professional English.
