JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Sr. Hardware Engineer, Networking Switch to lead the hardware
development of next-generation high-speed network switch platforms for AI and
data center applications. This role involves driving complex PCB schematic
design, layout reviews, hardware bring-up, system integration, and in-depth
debugging using advanced lab tools.

The idóneo candidate will lead the development and validation of cutting-edge
Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and photonics-based networking systems,



with strong
expertise in signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), thermal co-design, and
high-speed optical interfaces. You will collaborate closely with firmware,
software, validation, manufacturing, and customer support teams to deliver
high-performance solutions from concept through production and customer
deployment.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position requiring deep experience in
Ethernet switch architectures, high-layer count PCB design, large ASIC/FPGA
systems, and system-level troubleshooting in fast-paced AI/data center
environments.
