JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Sales Manager responsible
for successfully expanding Supermicro's customer base in targeted areas. Sr.
Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency,
and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing
activities and working with cross functional teams - including Engineering,
Finance, Logistics, and Programs. If you have a passion for sales, generating

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead and manage the sales team focused on Enterprise and HPC customers to
achieve revenue and growth objectives.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans for top-tier customers,
emphasizing solution selling and long-term partnership building.
* Collaborate with technical and product teams to align customer requirements
with solution capabilities.
* Drive business forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
for the Enterprise/HPC segment.
* Identify new business opportunities in high-growth industries leveraging HPC
infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering or similar fields preferred
* 8+ years of experience in a server sales environment preferred
* Passionate for sales activities
