How you will create an impact:
- Support the end-to-end HR Analytics and workforce planning processes related to workforce management and resource allocation within the Healthcare & Life Sciences team.
- Assist with annual FTE planning by aligning staffing needs with business performance and operational goals.




- Analyze FTE utilization to assess team workload, capacity, and resource availability.
- Contribute to employee performance analysis to support talent development and evaluation processes.
- Extract and consolidate data from systems such as SAP and other internal databases.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical deliverables for senior stakeholders, including Partners and Division Heads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Support ad hoc HR and workforce analytics projects as required.

About you:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intensive use of Power Query, Pivot Tables, and other functions.
- Advanced-Proficient level of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
