The Project Business Finance Controller plays a central role in safeguarding the integrity of financial processes, steering Sub‐P&L; performance, automating and simplifying reporting, and ensuring robust governance and compliance.Project ControllingLead end‐to‐end project controlling for strategic and high‐impact deals.Provide oversight and financial assurance on the total portfolio, ensuring early detection of deviations, risks,



and opportunities without full hands‐on controlling.Actively participate in project reviews, ensuring transparency on project performance, risks, contingencies, and opportunities.Own the preparation and validation of forecasts (Project Forecast at Completion, Monthly Pacing, Rolling Forecast) for strategic deals.Provide actionable financial insights that translate into concrete operational decisions to improve margins and cash generation.Sub‐P&L; Ownership & Performance ManagementAct as the finance owner for a Sub‐P&L;, with accountability for topline, gross margin, and overhead absorption.Own provisions, ensuring accuracy, adequate coverage, and compliance with accounting standards.Monitor and enhance key performance metrics across product lines: productivity, cost deviations, cash, and operational efficiency.Financial Processes & Operations LeadershipLead the ZSC's core financial operations, owning the reliability and efficiency of upstream, multi‐product
