Support the Processes Transformation team in driving process improvement, digitalization initiatives and system deployments across Product Development and Cross-operations functions. The role will contribute to data-driven decision making, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic international environment. You will be reporting directly to the Operations Processes Transformation Director.
What you'll get to do
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate operational processes using digital tools and AI solutions.
- Analyse operational data and KPIs, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for management and project teams.
- Explore AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, decision-making and user experience.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and validation of new functionalities within operational systems.





We'd love to meet you if you have
Education: Degree in Business Administration / Engineering (Recently graduated).
Languages: Spanish, English and French would be a plus.
Competencies:
- Good technical capabilities (at ease with new systems, data, KPIs).
- Good communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Methodical and orderly person, with analytical capacity and strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious mindset with strong willingness to learn new technologies, systems and business processes.

Specific Knowledge required:
- Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data management.
- Basic knowledge of SAP Tools and Power BI would be valuable.
