As a Senior Product Manager, you will occupy a pivotal leadership role designed to bridge the gap between high-level product strategy and world-class execution. Reporting directly to the CPTO,



you will lead a dedicated product area, overseeing one or multiple squads and their respective Product Owner. Your mission is to be the voice of the market, fostering a culture of excellence, data-driven discovery, and iterative delivery. Leverage deep market research, competitive analysis, and product analytics to define and communicate a clear 1-2 year roadmap that aligns with company-wide stakeholders.
Conduct regular discovery interviews and analyze usage data to identify pain points and articulate features that solve real-world problems.
Stakeholder Synergy: Assist Revenue and Marketing teams in understanding the product value proposition, helping to articulate key messages and support documentation or internal training.
Team Leadership: Directly manage 1 to 2 Product Owners. You will be responsible for setting clear objectives, measuring performance through KPIs (cycle times, completion rates), and driving long-term career development.
Qualities And Skills Required
Strong mastery of software development methodologies and prioritization frameworks. You have a track record of implementing tooling and processes to measure team performance.
Analytical Rigor: You are highly organized and ground your hypotheses in solid facts and data, maintaining clarity even under high-pressure situations.
You are adept at identifying performance issues and suggesting constructive, corrective courses of action.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. French is a nice plus.
Adaptability: You possess a critical-thinking mindset and the humility to change your mind when confronted with better data. HR online interview.
