Lead initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through to design, build, and integral rollout.

You will have full ownership of the delivery process.Continuous Ecosystem Evolution: Proactively identify opportunities to modernize our setup.

You will independently detect friction points and propose innovative ways to enhance organizational velocity.Engineer Advanced Customizations: Extend the standard capabilities of Jira and Confluence through custom scripting (Scriptrunner/Groovy) and high-level use of Atlassian APIs.

You will build the "glue" that connects our processes.Architect Versatile Workflows: Design and implement custom Jira configurations that are robust enough for a regulated bank but flexible enough for an agile tech company.Data-Driven Storytelling: Utilize advanced reporting and analytics to provide leadership with clear visibility into operational health and project progress.Technical Mentorship
