JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Export
Compliance to lead and elevate our global trade compliance efforts. This role
requires a seasoned professional adept at navigating complex regulatory
environments while driving operational efficiency and risk management. The
Senior Manager will oversee the development, execution, and continuous
improvement of export compliance programs, ensuring alignment with U.S. and
international trade regulations. As a senior leader,



this role will directly
influence corporate strategies and support the company’s growth in
high-performance computing, AI, and cloud technologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership & Strategy:

* Lead the company’s global export compliance program, setting the vision and
strategy to address evolving regulations, emerging technologies, and business
priorities.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to align export compliance initiatives
with organizational goals, supporting Supermicro’s international operations
and growth.
* Represent Supermicro in discussions with regulatory bodies and industry
groups to advocate for trade policies and practices that align with corporate
objectives.

Global Regulatory Compliance:

* Ensure comprehensive compliance with U.S. Export Administration Regulations
(EAR), anti-boycott laws, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
sanctions, as
