Job Description: Airbus is looking for a Supply Manager in charge of the following activities:- Act as focal point towards suppliers for operational activities, being responsible for On-Time and On-Quality deliveries.- Issue Resolution: Monitor supply chain deviations, lead recovery plans and implement containment actions to minimize impact.- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize stock levels.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Program to ensure a seamless workflow.- Vendor Management: Support relationships with key suppliers, assisting in contract negotiations and monitoring service levels.- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and propose innovative solutions.- Compliance & Safety:



Ensure all operations meet internal quality standards and external regulations. Required skills- Degree in Engineering.- Level C1 English and Spanish.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.- Valid driving licence. Valued skills- General knowledge in Supply Chain.- Negotiation skills.- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
