We are currently looking for a Network Engineer (L1 / L2) professional to join our team in an on-site support role.

Work Mode : On-Site

Employment Type : B2B/ Freelance Contract

Location : Majadahonda, Spain

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues

- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance

- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls

- Diagnose network issues related to IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN

- Assist in network installations, upgrades, and patching activities

- Ensure network security and follow best practices

- Support end-users with connectivity and access-related issues

- Maintain network documentation and update configurations

- Log, track, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system

- Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendors





- Ensure timely resolution as per SLA requirements

?️ Required Skills & Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in Network Support / Network Engineering

- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)

- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of network security principles

- Experience with VPN and remote access technologies

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems

- Relevant certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plus

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
