Development and delivery of reward communication and education materials for the EMEA region Stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with both regional and global/group stakeholders Collaborate closely with regional and Group reward counterparts on global reward projects and process implementations Lead large-scale reward projects in the region and globally as needed, such as readiness for EU Pay Transparency Directive, job architecture review, global benefits management transition.
