Key responsibilities

- Elaborating and presenting both hot and cold dishes with care and attention to detail.

- Preparing the daily mise en place to ensure a smooth service in the kitchen.

- Handling and preserving food according to official HACCP standards.

- Performing quality control checks on all prepared dishes.

- Organizing and thoroughly cleaning your designated kitchen station.

- Receiving, inspecting,



and storing incoming food shipments and kitchen goods.

- Working closely alongside the rest of the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

- Demonstrable previous experience working in a kitchen environment.

- A valid A1 driving license.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

- High motivation, teamwork skills, and ability to keep an organized workstation.

What you will receive

You will work a full-time, intensive shift schedule covering mornings and afternoons.
