Responsabilities:
Plan, coordinate and supervise all stages of special actions, from conceptualisation to final execution.




Ensure that all projects meet creative, budget and time targets
Act as the main point of contact between client, creative teams, suppliers and other stakeholders
Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, including designers, associate producers, technicians and freelancers
Create and manage detailed budgets for special actions, ensuring value for money and cost compliance
Negotiate with suppliers and contract external services as required
Manage permits, contracts and legal aspects necessary to implement projects in specific locations or unconventional contexts
Oversee installation, assembly and disassembly of production elements
Collaborate with the creative team to develop unique concepts that surprise and connect with audiences
Explore new technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions for special actions
Identify potential risks during the development and execution of the action
