At Staff General Group, we are looking for a human resources assistant who wants to work alongside a multinational retail company. This position is responsible to provide general support to the local HR team regarding the procedures application, implement the department activities and orient the Retail employees of HR process.

What we offer:
- A contract of approximately 9 months’ duration.
- Remote working 2 days a week from the first month of employment.
- 40-hour working week.
- Flexible start and finish times Monday to Thursday: 8.5 hours per day. Start between 8am and 10am.
Fixed hours on Fridays from 9am to 3pm.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the various staff recruitment and onboarding processes. Manage the Workday platform and liaise with the external recruitment agency.
- Administer and track documentation. Manage, monitor and send contracts, renewals and other staff-related documentation.
- Manage changes to working hours,



job categories, salaries and other adjustments within internal systems.
- Maintain and update staff databases.
- Monitoring and managing administrative issues.
- Accreditation and management on external platforms

Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
- Advanced/native Spanish
- Intermediate/advanced English.
- Good IT skills.
- A committed individual with good communication skills and a desire to continue learning.
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Workday and UCAGECI would be highly advantageous
