✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

- Provide 24x7 operational support for IPsec Gateways in the Telco Cloud environment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve IPsec tunnel, routing, connectivity, packet drop, latency and security policy issues.
- Execute planned changes with proper change management including validation, implementation accuracy, post-checks and rollback readiness.
- Work closely with customer network, telco cloud, security and operations teams for incidents, escalations and service improvements.
- Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, RCA inputs, configuration records and change evidence to meet customer governance and security standards.
