✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

- English C1 or higher – written and spoken.
- +5 years of experience creating advanced software packages in enterprise environments.
- +5 years of experience managing end-to-end software packaging requests, coordinating multiple requests simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in scripting : PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT .
- Solid hands-on experience with software packaging tools (e.G., Orca ) and formats such as MSI, MSIX, Intunewin .
- Proven experience in software distribution platforms : Microsoft SCCM and Intune .
- Valuable experience integrating packaging processes into broader IT service and deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of networks , databases (e.G., SQL, MongoDB ), software development , and API management .
- Solid experience working with Agile , ITIL , or similar service management methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders , with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Clear internal customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement .




- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software packaging requests: intake, analysis, registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate closely with IT and business teams to understand needs, define optimal solutions, and prioritize tasks according to business impact.
- Design, build, customize, and maintain complex software packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, etc.) , ensuring compatibility, stability, and compliance with corporate standards.
- Use and optimize software packaging tools (e.G., Orca ) to guarantee quality, traceability, and repeatability of packages.
- Manage and monitor software deployment to corporate devices via Microsoft SCCM and Intune , ensuring seamless rollout and minimal disruption.
- Automate service processes and packaging workflows using PowerShell, Ansible, and PSADT to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Document processes, incidents, and solutions , and proactively propose continuous improvements in the packaging and deployment workflow.
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs , providing periodic reporting on the status of requests, incidents, and overall service performance.
- Provide third-level (Level 3) support for incidents related to software packaging and distribution, leading root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to Application Delivery and IT services, contributing your expertise to strategic initiatives.
