We are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales effectiveness for the Plaza Premium Group in Madrid. The role requires a deep understanding of the travel ecosystem and consumer lifecycle to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, contributing to visitation, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experiences.

Marketing and Brand Awareness




Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the lounge in Madrid.
Collaborate with HQ and the regional design team to manage social media profiles and produce quality content for platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, tailored to the Spain market.
Build and maintain relationships with local press, bloggers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize brand exposure.
Plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Develop and distribute marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities.
Work with the eCommerce team to implement digital marketing campaigns and update local promotions on the brand website.
