We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, particularly within Business Request Catalogues, Case Management, and Ticketing Systems. Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on Business Request Catalogue and ticketing processes.
Develop and enhance self-service portal components, including custom widgets and forms, to improve user experience.
Create, optimise, and maintain reusable server-side and client-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts).
Leverage out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities whenever possible to ensure sustainable and low-maintenance solutions.
Support testing, documentation, deployment,
and release activities within Agile delivery cycles.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes across development, test, and production environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as:
Understanding of integration patterns, including MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration techniques.
