We're hiring the most senior leader in Spain, reporting to the COO, to own market performance end-to-end: operational excellence, growth, and P&L; outcomes. You'll shape and improve our physical operations (fleet, workshop, retail), lead a hands‐on team on the ground, and drive pragmatic growth initiatives (pricing, channels, partnerships) to build demand. This role requires an entrepreneurial operator with strong ownership,



comfortable both running day-to-day operations and identifying opportunities to improve and grow the business.
This person will own the Spanish market performance across business outcomes: operational excellence, unit economics, customer experience and growth. Drive local growth strategy: identify demand constraints and run pragmatic tests (pricing, offers, channels, local partnerships) with clear measurement.
Deliver excellent B2B operations (SLA, onboarding, servicing, reporting) while maintaining focus on B2C growth (majority of the business).
Own P&L; rhythm for Spain: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and trade-offs that protect unit economics while enabling growth.
Hire, coach, and performance‐manage a high‐accountability frontline team; develop 1-2 strong leads to strengthen local leadership depth.
Ensure pragmatic processes that keep the operation in control are implemented and digested by the team.
