What does the role involve?
- Welcome newly arrived guests and introduce them to the principles of dietetics, including guidance on proper chewing techniques.
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in accordance with the dietary levels prescribed by the responsible physician, ensuring the highest service standards at all times.
- Set up and prepare dining tables, including all mise en place duties and seating plan arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with guests’ individual dietary plans in close coordination with the treating physician.
- Create work schedules, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job descriptions, and training programs for restaurant staff, ensuring a high level of understanding of the Lanserhof Concept.
