Задачи
- Partner with the FP&A; team to provide analytical insights for strategic planning, forecasting, and company performance;
- Deliver executive-ready analyses and presentations for leadership decision-making, fundraising activities, and Preply’s roadmap toward IPO;
- Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives, translating ambiguous business questions into recommendations and measurable business impact;
- Develop forecasting models, scenario analyses, driver-based models, and opportunity sizing to evaluate strategic decisions and quantify financial impact;
- Connect Product, Marketing, and Operational initiatives with business performance by identifying drivers of revenue, profitability, and efficiency;
- Conduct deep dives into business performance to uncover growth opportunities, operational improvements, and emerging risks;




- Partner across Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, and the Data Chapter to establish a trusted, consistent view of business performance and key metrics;
- Improve analytical frameworks, business metrics, and decision-support models for scalable, data-informed decision-making.

Требования
- 5+ Years of experience in Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, Financial Analytics, or a similar analytical role;
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working independently with large, complex datasets;
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex business problems into actionable insights;
- Proven experience building forecasting models, scenario analyses, financial impact models, and driver-based analyses;
