Задачи
- Drive all phases of the sales lifecycle for potential publishers, including lead generation, qualification, client meetings, value proposition development, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing; Create and maintain a sales pipeline using a CRM system; Identify opportunities and leads through Skype, Facebook,



and Telegram groups; Develop monthly and quarterly growth plans for a portfolio of new clients; Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for existing accounts; Detect client business needs and recommend matching yield strategies; Recommend suitable ad placements across different ad formats and technologies; Support clients during onboarding in coordination with account management, compliance, finance, and technical departments; Recommend placement optimizations and features; Track the latest market news and industry trends.

Требования
- Proven experience in business development, CRM management, lead management, or related roles, with a track record of driving new business acquisition and customer retention;
- Hands-on expertise in using and updating CRM systems and tools;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making and process improvements;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Understanding of online pricing models including CPC, CPM, and CPA, as well as online ad monetization strategies;
- High level of English, written and spoken;
- Good understanding of and personal interest in online marketing and digital trends;
