About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the P&C; Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the P&C; Generalist provides administrative and operational support across a broad range of People & Culture activities, including onboarding and offboarding, payroll preparation, time and attendance, colleague records management, benefits administration, colleague engagement initiatives, and P&C; systems maintenance. The role supports the smooth delivery of People & Culture services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive colleague experience. The P&C; Generalist reports to the P&C; Administration Assistant Manager.

AsP&C; Generalist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage day-to-day People & Culture administration and support all stages of the colleague lifecycle.
- Provide professional, confidential support to colleagues and serve as a first point of contac
